Where are the blue skies? I was looking through some old slides that I took back in the 80's and something caught my eye. That something was a blue sky. I mean a truly BLUE sky. I've heard some to refer to it as a Cobalt Blue Sky. The slide looked strange to me because we don't seem to have clear blue skies any more. The sky seems to be a blue but with a milky white appearence as well. It is like a high haze layer that doesn't show up on satellite. I wonder if this is climate change or just a run of bad luck. Time will tell. It might also have something to do with the lack of vivid sunsets as you may have noticed in my gallery. May 17, 2008 Dan Bush |
